Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Strategy: Create and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with company objectives.
- eCommerce Planning: Design and implement a digital and eCommerce strategy aimed at increasing brand awareness and maximizing conversions and revenue.
- Media Utilization: Strategically engage with existing and potential customers through various media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, XHS, and other social media platforms, as well as print media.
- O2O Opportunities: Optimize the use of existing retail locations to capitalize on online-to-offline (O2O) business opportunities.
- Traffic Generation: Lead initiatives to drive online traffic to the ePlatform while extending reach to offline avenues.
- CRM and Loyalty Exploration: Investigate opportunities within existing CRM and loyalty systems, leveraging membership data to penetrate both online and offline retail markets.
- Supply Chain and Customer Service: Build and enhance supply chain and customer service frameworks to support online business fulfillment.
- Budget Oversight: Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximizing return on investment.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 8 years of relevant experience in retail and eCommerce.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with eCommerce and omnichannel retail strategies.
- Market Insight: Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics in Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, and Singapore.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing technologies, tactics, and best practices.
