Responsibilities
Assist the Director in developing and implementing sales strategies
Coordinate customer service initiatives and support the team in resolving client issues
Manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meeting and appointments
Prepare reports, presentations and documents for intemal and external meetings
Monitor sales performance metrics and assist in data analysis
Liaise with various departments to ensure alignment on sales and service goals
Handle administrative tasks including correspondence and record-keeping
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Academic and Working Experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in a sales or customer service environment
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for enhancing customer experiences
Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role
Familiarity with Odoo CRM software and sales tracking tools
Knowledge of sales principles and customer service best practices
