Responsibilities
Oversee full spectrum of human resources and administration functions in manufacturing office and facilities
Ensure HR & Admin. functions to comply with local regulations and customer requirement
Set up HR & Admin. policies to align with company’s development strategies and monitor the execution
Liaise with managers to ensure office administration policies; programs and activities are appropriate for their needs
Work closely with production team in manpower supply and control
Handle cases related to grievance or labor dispute
Ensure adherence to local labor laws, health and safety regulations, and international labor standards
Monitor compliance with buyer Codes of Conduct and social audit standards
Prepare the factory for third-party and buyer audits; lead pre-audit assessments
Address non-compliance issues through root cause analysis and implement corrective action plans
Develop, update, and communicate company compliance policies and procedures
Train factory employees and management staff on compliance issues, workplace safety, ethical behavior, and grievance procedures
Station in South East Asian Countries
Assist in ad-hoc projects as required
Requirements
DSE / Form 5 or above
Minimum 8 years of experience in HR & Admin and compliance management, preferably in garment / Textile industry
Knowledge of South East Asia manufacturing business is an advantage
Experience in organizational change and transformation
Independent, analytical with strong business acumen, good communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of compliance audit tools / systems is a plus
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
Detail-oriented, ethical and well-organized
