Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze business and operating data to identify trends, risk and recommendation

• Collaborate with marketing and operation departments to gather information and develop performance improvement initiatives

• Assist in monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to assess the organization’s overall performance and identify areas for improvement

• Prepare business analysis to support business development and decision-making including sales and supply chain performance, etc.

• Perform data management and ensure data accuracy and integrity

• Perform ad-hoc engagement as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Management, or related discipline

• At least 3 years of working experience

• Interest in automotive/ semiconductor manufacturing is an advantage

• Able to work under pressure, good business sense, analytical mindset and problem solving skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications

• Proficiency in both written & spoken English, Chinese & Mandarin

• Frequent travel to the PRC factory is required
