Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and solutions for a range of civil and structural engineering projects

• Oversee the implementation and execution of engineering projects, ensuring quality and compliance

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions

• Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and communicate effectively with business partners

• Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster professional development

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the Engineering industry

• Extensive knowledge of civil and structural engineering principles, methods, and construction practices

• Proficient in using engineering software, such as CAD, BIM, and analysis tools

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills

• Familiarity with relevant industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols

• Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams

• More working experience will be consider as Senior Engineer
