Requirements

- Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, Computer Studies, Information Technology, Information System or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in supporting managed service project or in-house IT support, SI vendor, ISP or related disciplines
- Good technical knowledge in various brands of networking product and solution such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Huawei, etc
- Holder of professional certifications in Cisco, Aruba (such as CCIE, CCNP) in is preferred
- Familiar with ITIL IT Service Management framework
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills
- Self motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English
