【職場心理學】「懷才不遇」怎麼辦?

阿城外國名牌大學畢業,加入這間公司工作已有數載,現時擔任副經理,在別人眼中阿城年紀輕輕,成績已算不錯。不過阿城卻覺得自己未被重用︰「我學歷唔差,工作都好賣力,老細唔升我職,根本係佢唔識貨!」像阿城這種「懷才不遇」的人到處都有,有些人的確是懷才不遇,但他們為了生活,只好繼續屈就,痛苦不堪。不過是否所有「懷才不遇」的人都是為勢所迫呢?當然不是吧!

雖然千里馬要靠伯樂,但大部分人的「懷才不遇」都是自己造成,有些人自視過高,看不起能力、學歷比他低的人,旁人看不慣他的傲氣,自然會想辦法「整蠱」他。至於老闆,亦因為這種人的確有能力,所以更加不能讓他出頭。另一種人就是自我膨脹的庸才,本身沒有才能,但卻認為自己「有料」,於是到處發牢騷,指同事嫉妒他。

他們有甚麼下場?懷才不遇感覺愈強烈的人,愈把自己孤立在小圈子中,無法與其他同事合作溝通,結果一是辭職不幹,一是繼續留在公司「懷才不遇」下去。如果真的感到懷才不遇,又應該如何做呢?

1. 你應該先評估個人能力,看看有無高估了自己,如果擔心個人評估不夠客觀,你可找朋友和同事幫忙。當然,如果別人認為你「未夠班」,你亦要虛心接受。

2. 檢討為何無法大展所長?是機會未到?環境限制?抑或是人為阻礙?如果是機會問題,那麼唯有繼續等待;如果是環境緣故,那你就考慮是否轉工了;如果是人為因素,那麼就要認真想想有無得罪人,如果是就要想辦法疏通。

3. 努力改善人際關係,不要成為別人躲避對象,你應該利用個人才能幫助同事解決問題;不過幫助別人後不要急於邀功,謙虛客氣才能廣結友誼,為你帶來意想不到的助力!

4. 繼續強化才能,當時機成熟時便能發光發熱!

5. 當然最重要的是不要抱有「懷才不遇」的感覺,因為這會成為你的心理包袱,窒礙你向前發展。
