【開工厚多士】新丁必讀-如何得到前輩教路(上)

職場新人入行,在工作上經常遇到大大小小的難題,單靠自己難以解決,很需要前輩指點迷津,但這些前輩並非人人都幫,有甚麼方法能討好他們呢?網上流傳一些個案,讓我們來看看職場新人要有哪些條件,才容易得到前輩教路?

 

 

1. 誠信

誠信可說是職場新丁最被看重的品格,千萬不要誇大自己的能力,學校內學到的知識只是「紙上談兵」,一般缺乏實用性,要在職場上經過實戰操作,才能轉化為專業技巧。職場新丁最好謙虛一點,有碗話碗、有碟話碟,遇到不懂的問題亦不要逞強。

 

2. 溝通 

性格開朗的新人會比較受歡迎,能夠快一點融入團隊,不要被動地等待被同事接受。剛進入新環境,新丁要多點接近身邊同事,該發言時就出聲,適當時間亦要關心同事(例如同事請了病假,新丁可趁對方翌日回來時加以慰問),相信其他同事亦會樂意接受這份善意。

 

 

3. 合作

工作難免遇與意見不一,懂得合作的人會盡量避免跟同事正面衝突,心裡也明白意見相左沒關係,傷了和氣才是大事。這種同事識大體,明白大家都是為了工作,心平氣和探討問題,漸漸培養與同事間的情誼,建立起團隊精神。

 

4. 謙虛

新人處在新環境,不管你多有能幹,有多大抱負,都要虛心學習,切忌自作主張。「初生牛犢不怕虎」,職場新人總是迫不及待「騷哥利」,希望得到同事認可,不過辦公室內個人色彩太濃,只會被人排斥,還是謙虛點好。

 

 

5. 踏實

外表生得漂亮、交際手段高超,的確會令人在職場上如魚得水,不過日久見人心,只要做好份內事,上司和同事自然知道,放心將重要的工作交給你。跟之前一點相近,做人低調點是自我保護妙法,急於求成反而會引起他人反感。
