刻薄入職條件嚇走求職者

一名求職者在網上討論區分享其求職經驗,引起熱話。

 

該求職者表示自己申請一間大公司的職位,經過三輪面試,感覺工作性質不錯,亦有信心自己能獲得職位。但到了最後一輪面試時,人力資源經理提出了三項入職條件,最終令他對該工作卻步!

 

1)試用期內遲到2次,即終止僱佣關係。(就算遲到一分鐘都當遲到一次)

人力資源經理補充:「係呀!無辦法,公司老闆對員工遲到方面非常非常極度嚴格,呢個係公司以前成立一直以來都係咁,目的係想大家準時返工...

求職者:「咁都得?咁但係,如果係交通意外導致遲到,咁點?!?!」

人力資源經理:「我明白,無理由當日萬一全港大塞車,唔通公司炒曬全部人?所以過試用期,一年內最多申請兩次。so far呢度同事返工都好準時。」

)如果求職者決定接受聘用並與公司簽僱佣合約,就要向公司交出一張金額相等於一個月月薪的支票,如試用期3個月內離職,就無法取回支票

 

該求職者表示: 「當我決定accept offer 以及 sign contract 時,HR會要求我交出一張金額相等於一個月月薪的支票,直至3個月試用期過了,才會還返張支票比我。如果試用期3個月期間內離職,就無得拎返張支票。」

 

(舉例:假設佢最後比offer$20000,你要簽contract時立即比$20,000支票,換言之佢「綁」你三個月,等你無得走。

 

 人力資源經理表示:「公司絕對唔想人騎牛搵馬,所以有呢項措施!我地公司只係幫你『保管』住你呢張支票,我地最後一定會退還比你!」

 

(又舉例:佢話:「就算試用期內有其他公司突然比你offer $40,000,你決定要轉工,我地會恭喜你,但支票我地係唔會退返比你。」)

 

該求職者表示:「我打左去勞工處問,佢話勞工法例不是這樣,無提到要求僱員俾錢。如果有需要的話就要報警,因為這是求職陷阱

 

3)病假通常無得claim 錢,不過基本會跟勞工法例,好似話如果累積3 or 4 日可以claim  4/5...
