打工仔日日請病假被踢出公司群組 網民:俾我都炒你!

打工仔請病假實屬平常事,但必須要向上司請假並得到允許。早前有網民於連登討論區發帖,表示因家裡有事及身體不適而請病假,但最後卻被踢出公司群組。

 

樓主講述因家人入了醫院,自己又身體不適,所以以訊息形式向經理請假。相中可見網民以whatsapp向經理傳了信息:「家有要事 請假一天」和「身體不適 請假一天」。網民表示他有向經理請假但他不但沒有回覆,更把網民踢出whatsapp group。網民認為經理不能當他曠工而解僱,「問題係我一路同個經理請假佢一句都無應我,照道理無理由當我曠工炒我。」網民表示他剛過試用期,但沒有簽合約,對此他感到疑惑,因此請教各位網友公司是否「炒他魷魚」。

 

大部分網民都指出是樓主的錯,表示若是他上司,也會有同樣做法,「比著我我都炒X你啦」。更有網民直接質問樓主是否第一日出社會工作,「做長工成日咁樣拎假,老細做咩唔請個健康啲既員工呀」。網民指出以whatsapp請假欠缺「交帶」,若事情嚴重需要請假多天,最好是致電經理說清楚詳細的情況,「如果要請咁多日即好大件事,請一日解決唔到啦,咁你day1就打俾經理備定案先啦,係call佢唔撚係whtsapp呀」,「其實你冇醫生紙請病假係真係可以當你曠工。比你係人情,唔比你係道理。而你咁樣曠工又真係可以即時解僱你。你自己親身走上去同返你經理講果半個月點計啦,睇個勢就係炒硬你架喇。」

 

若真有急事要請假是可理解的,但一定要向公司清楚交化請假的原因和日期。即使是身體不適請病假,也要交回醫生紙給公司,此乃基本規矩。沒有公司會允許員工日日請假,又沒有交代清楚。
