Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies for acquiring, growing, and retaining High Net Worth (HNW) customers to meet business objectives and enhance customer experience.
- Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior and needs to propose actionable initiatives for customer acquisition, cross-selling, service upgrades, loyalty enhancement, and retention, aligned with the strategic sub-segments’ value proposition.
- Collaborate closely with product and channel teams to offer suitable products and services that holistically meet target customers’ needs, ultimately increasing the profitability of the HNW segments.
- Plan, implement, and monitor sales activities, marketing campaigns, and customer events. Conduct evaluations and reviews to ensure efficient use of the approved marketing budget.
- Work with counterparts to develop user-friendly and cost-effective sales and service platforms, aiming to improve customer experience at various touchpoints.
- Provide guidance and coaching to subordinates to ensure they are competent in their roles.
- Support marketing and loyalty programs for the private banking segment.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in HNW / prestige customer segment marketing and the banking field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
- Self-motivated with great attention to detail.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
