Responsibilities
- Handle full set of I/E shipping documents
- Manage all around logistics planning and scheduling
- Responsible for shipment arrangement
- Handle other logistics and production related functions
- Oversee all shipping activities, keep updating shipment records and forwarding relevant information to other parties
- Support and review all-around transport services
- Handle all-around analysis on usage, volume and trend
- Resolve damages and discrepancies with shippers, vendors and other relevant parties
- Manage data entry, updates and filing regularly
Experiences
- With at least 5 years experiences in Forwarding/ Logistics/ Trading company
- Work experiences in trading, shipping or forwarding industry is an advantage
- Diploma in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines, higher education is an advantage
- Good written and spoken in English and Chinese
