- Developing and implementing sales strategies and monitor daily branch operations
- Managing branch office for providing retail banking services
- Ensuring smooth branch operation are in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
- Generating new business for the branch
- Managing branch personnel, particularly with regard to the provision of quality customer service
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance/Insurance/Business Administration or equivalent
- minimum 8 years of solid experience in branch banking
- Professional licensing qualifications such as IIQE & HKSI
- Sound knowledge of the retail banking business and operations, and able to lead a team to ensure excellent services are provided
- Strong interpersonal, communication, sales, and management skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
