Responsibilities:
- Follow customer service process effectively and providing top customer services to the international clients
- Work closely with sales team, coordinating projects with procurement and product development departments
- Proactively improve and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction, responding to customers’ enquiries with accurate and professional information in a timely manner
- Prepare tender submissions, samples, presentations, calculations and quotations
- Proactively develop and manage project plans and provide regular updates to the sales team and the customer service manager
- Issue sales orders, follow up on new orders and monitor forecasts and deliveries through to completion of projects
- Follow up customer payments
- Handle complaints and ensure resolution within expected timings at with the highest level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related disciplines
- 3-6 years’ work experience in account management, sales support or merchandising for international trading organizations
- Fresh graduates or 1-2 years of relevant experience will be considered as Junior Customer Service Officer
- Confident, out-going personality with a strong team-player spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable to work in a fast-paced work environment, well-structured and organized, effective time management skills
- Willing to learn with a strong sense of responsibility
- Detail-oriented, a solution-driven thinker with good interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing and PowerPoint
