Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative and customer support in the boutique store.
  • Deliver top-tier customer service, especially in the absence of the after-sales associate.
  • Maintain clear communication with the service center to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Support marketing events, including product presentations and client care, under the Marketing Department’s guidance.
  • Assist in client database management by sending re-connect emails and securing opt-ins.
  • Handle ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth boutique operations.
 
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail or administrative roles, preferably in luxury retail.
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Qualifications: Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is preferred.

主要職責
  • 在精品店提供卓越的行政和客戶支持。
  • 在售後服務專員缺席時,確保提供高水平的客戶服務。
  • 與服務中心保持良好溝通,以確保運營效率。
  • 協助市場活動,包括產品展示、客戶關懷等,並根據市場部門指引完成相關工作。
  • 協助數據庫管理,向客戶發送重新聯繫郵件並獲取許可。
  • 處理其他臨時任務,確保精品店運作順暢。
 
理想人選
  • 經驗: 1-2年零售或行政助理經驗,奢侈品行業經驗優先。
