Responsibilities

• Maintain the production quality standard

• Supervising a QC team in the factory

• Organize and follow up orders from production to delivery

• Solving the problem in the factory by collaborating with the merchandising team and technical team in Hong Kong and China

• Organize the production information from the merchandising team in China for the factory

• Willing to travel to other factories if necessary

• Arrange the production inspection of the production plants

Requirement

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 8-10 years of manufacturing and merchandising experience

• Experience in Functional and Seam Seal garments is preferred

• Solid working experience in a factory is necessary

• Experience working in a Vietnam's factory will be in advantage

• Strong leadership and strong business sense

• Self-motivated, independent, proactive, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Good command of written and spoken English & Mandarin

• Able to speak Vietnamese will be in advantage.
