Job Duties 工作職責
Responsible to daily operation on bakery production centre, such as food preparation, dough baking etc 負責日常生產及烘焙, 包括備料, 打麵, 睇爐, 烘焙等工作
Responsible for cashier services using POS system
使用POS系統,提供收銀服務, 負責處理現金收銀、信用卡、電子支付等交易
Handle Day end settlement works 處理每日埋數工作
Prepare the Roster weekly 每星期編制更期表
Control the stock level 控制存貨水平
Oversee the shop's daily operation 監督店舖日常運作
Requirements 要求
Passionate on baking 熱衷於烘焙
Responsible and good team leader 有責任感和團隊領導才能
Fluent in Cantonese and Fair in English/ Mandarin 流利廣東話和一般英語/普通話
Having shop manager experience is a must 必須有店舖經理工作經驗
