Responsibilities
Plan and lead the global marketing strategies to achieve overall branding objectives, and maximise business growth
Manage brand awareness, social media channel, international trade shows and networking events
Be the gatekeeper and voice of the responsible brands
Work with internal teams on pricing, product positioning, and to create sales and marketing communication materials (I.e. TV commercial, trade catalogues, POS proposal)
Developing and managing regular training on new and existing product for sales team
Participating in the marketing budget control on responsible brands
Lead and build consumer journey map and marketing for brands
Develop the positioning and messaging for new products to drive packaging and go-to-market plans
Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing programs in order to guide current and future strategies
Requirements
Degree or above
Above 5 years working experience on sales and marketing field
Excellent time management and quantitative/analytical skills required
Self-driven go-getter, excellent time management skills
Sensitive to marketing trend and open-minded is a must
Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Candidate with product design background will be added value
Proficient in MS Office
