Responsibilities

• Lead the logistic operation team to maintain high level logistics services

• Standardize and systemize the workflow with a view to optimize the efficiency the effectiveness of the operation procedures

• Monitor and handle daily operations, delivery arrangements and supports customer service to ensure service quality

• Coordinate with customer and internal teams to ensure smooth day to day

• Prepare regular reports such as month end closing

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above in Logistics / Supply chain management ir related disciplines

• Minimum 3 years' experience in logistics

• Experienced in handling full set I/E shipping dicuments, customs declaration(Tradelink)

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

• Good leaderdhip, strong problem solving skills, self motivated with strong desire to succeed

• Independent and detail-minded

• Proficient in MS office; familiar with excel

• Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks within a tight schedule
