Responsibilities

• Liaise with truckers/vendors/carriers for shipment arrangement 

• Co-ordinate with agents to provide levels customer service

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Experience in freight forwarder is preferable

• Good command in English and Mandarin

• Self-motivated and energetic

• Well organized

• Customer services skills

• Immediate available is highly preferable
