Responsibilities

• Manage transportation requests from different client-dedicated teams

• Plan and optimize pickups and deliveries, ensuring efficient load consolidation

• Utilize the company’s TMS to plan, track, and manage shipments

• Supervise the transport fleet, including electric vehicles, ensuring smooth and sustainable operations

• Work closely with the Logistics Director, reporting directly to them

• Monitor KPIs and dashboards to track and enhance productivity

• Ensure on-time and cost-effective deliveries, reducing lead times and inefficiencies

• Support operational improvements, identifying solutions to increase efficiency and streamline processes

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management

• Strong ability to work with TMS (Transport Management Systems) – prior experience  is a plus

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) for operational management  and data analysis

• Fluent in Cantonese (mandatory requirement)

• English or Italian proficiency is a plus

• Flexible working hours based on workload peaks

• Ability to work under pressure, managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to navigate daily logistics challenges

• Immediately available or short noticed is preferred
