About Your Role:
- Assist project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects
- Maintain project administration documentation and track project progress and update project status reports
- Manage project-related correspondence and ensure timely communication with stakeholders
- Track and manage project contractual requirements, expenses and budget status
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Provide administrative support to Director, Digital Technology
Does it sound like you?
- Degree holder in related discipline such as business administration, information technology, project management, etc.
- Minimum 2 years work experience in project administration
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Projects or similar project management tools
- Eager to drive changes and always look for improvement
- A good team player while can work independently
