About Your Role:
- Internal mail & external mail collection, sorting, and distribution
- General office administration and other ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
- Local and overseas courier service arrangement
- Support statement printing
- Prepare daily log and record incoming / outgoing mail and courier’s data
- Handle franking services, waybill process and related issue
- Handle users’ enquiries via email and telephone
Does it sound like you?
- F.5 or above with minimum 1 year related working experience, previous experience in mailroom is highly preferred
- Proactive, fast and accurate
- Proficiency in email and MS Office
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Ability in multi-tasking and work under pressure
