Senior Solution Specialist (Pre-Sales)
We are looking for a Senior Solution Specialist to join our team at Ricoh Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for Hybrid Workplace Technology solutions to sales teams throughout stages of the sales cycle.
 
About Your Role:
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
  • Develop and deliver technical proposals and proof of concepts (PoCs)
  • Assist in the preparation of RFP/RFI responses
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process
  • Collaborate with the Post-sales team and PMO to ensure smooth project deployment with proper governance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
  • Assist in developing new solution to meet the market demand and change
Does it sound like you?
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical pre-sales role, preferably in enterprise solutions
  • Self-motivated, strong analytical reasoning, excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple and clear business value propositions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Enterprise Software Solution/ Business Process Automation/ AI/ Cloud/ IT Infra/ Cybersecurity will be an advantage
  • Potential candidate with less experience will be considered as Solution Specialist
