Responsibilities
Handle Account Receivable duties including preparing AR reports, collection monitoring, voucher arrangement & entries, discrepancies follow up, etc
Assist in month closing & managerial report preparation
Assist in internal and external audit issues
Assist in credit control activities with instructions
Assist in policies & regulations review and improvement plans
Conduct trainings to sales departments as required
Ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements
Diploma / Degree holder
3-5 years of relevant working experiences (Finance/ Accounting), candidate with less experiences will be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer
Proficient in MS Office Excel, Power Point and Word (Familiar with excel formula & Pivot table)
Good interpersonal communication skills and able to work under pressure
Good command in written and spoken Chinese, English and Mandarin
Mature, stable, initiative, independent, positive mind & strong sense of responsibility
Attitude of improvement, innovation and change, customer oriented
Experience in sizeable company / MNC is preferable
Business trip to Shenzhen office may required
Immediate available is highly preferable
