Job duties:
- Design and formulate HR policies to meet the company's directions and align with the market best practice
- Review existing HR policies and procedures and ensure they are properly implemented and compliance with local law
- Act as the focal point for designated departments, advise and collaborate with department managers to support business objectives
- Manage the full spectrum of the employment process, including recruitment, package proposal, performance management, professional development and exit management, etc.
- Handle regular HR reporting and data analysis as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resources or related disciplines
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and a team player
- Willing to work in Mainland China (Dongguan)
