HR Manager
Job duties:
  • Design and formulate HR policies to meet the company's directions and align with the market best practice
  • Review existing HR policies and procedures and ensure they are properly implemented and compliance with local law
  • Act as the focal point for designated departments, advise and collaborate with department managers to support business objectives
  • Manage the full spectrum of the employment process, including recruitment, package proposal, performance management, professional development and exit management, etc.
  • Handle regular HR reporting and data analysis as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and a team player
  • Willing to work in Mainland China (Dongguan)
