Key Responsibilities:
*Product Roadmap Development**:
- Create and maintain product roadmaps to support the development and implementation of AI-driven automation products across various IT teams
**Stakeholder Collaboration**:
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to devise comprehensive automation strategies, establish standards, and define adoption requirements.
**Trend Analysis**:
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in automation, making informed recommendations for adoption within the organization.
**Quality Assurance**:
- Define product acceptance criteria and continuous improvement metrics to ensure the quality and effectiveness of automation solutions.
**Documentation Management**:
- Create and maintain up-to-date documentation for automated processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and compliance.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree of computer science/ Engineering/ Science
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant IT experience in roles such as Automation Business Analyst/Specialist or similar functions.
- Hands-on experience in product management for AI-driven automation solutions, with prior exposure to Agentic Automation, Workforce Intelligence, and Autopilot. Or Experience with driving Automation platform/ COE also welcome
- Proficient in automation tools and applications such as UiPath, SAP iRPA, Power Automate, Blue Prismetc.
- Knowledgeable about governance, adoption, and training related to RPA, Power Platform, or other shared service applications within enterprise IT environments.
- Solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and experience with agile project management practices.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools for reporting and visualization, along with a strong understanding of data quality reporting methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to effectively share information across diverse business streams.
- Willingness to embrace change proactively and drive initiatives that lead to positive outcomes.
- Working knowledge of project management principles with experience in business process reviews.
- Experience in the aviation industry is advantageous but not required.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
