Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital and social media strategies to support business objectives
- Assist in creating, editing, and reviewing corporate content, including web pages, brochures, leaflets, marketing materials, and press releases
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of virtual and in-person events. Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, publicity, and post-event follow-up to ensure seamless execution, drive brand awareness, and lead generation.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns and provide data-driven insights
- Monitor marketing activities across various digital channels, including social media, mobile, and the website
- Conduct in-depth analyses using tools like Google Analytics, social media analytics, and web behavior tracking
- Analyze industry/market competitive trends, initiate market research studies, website traffic, customer engagement, ROI, etc.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by the Head of Marketing
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Business Studies, Journalism, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in all-round marketing (such as digital and event management)
- Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse data and draw meaningful insights
- Immediately available is highly preferred
