Our client is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:
Job Description:
- Responsible for the daily management of Quality team and its people development activities
- Formulate the work plan of Quality team, collect and analyze the quality data, provide the quality reports
- Review and confirm the process, specifications and standards of quality inspections, draft the quality documents and promote the implementation
- Interact with customers to improve quality and customer service
- Collect and formulate various standards and specifications of quality requirements from customers, continuously improve and optimize the implementation in the company, according to the actual situation
- Coordinate the related departments to solve quality problems with primary liability and provide the feasible quality suggestions
- Regularly evaluate product performance and customer satisfaction to drive enhancements
- Advise on and manage the ongoing enhancement of company-wide QA functions, driving excellence across the organization
- Analyze and evaluate factory production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency
- Develop and manage the annual factory scorecard, setting benchmarks and tracking progress towards key performance indicators
- Support planning, execution and lead the change management of strategic and business improvement projects
Requirements:
- At least 8 years’ QA working experience
- Intensive knowledge of product compliance & quality
- Strong communication skill to work with stakeholders
- Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin
- Willing to travel
