- Manage and lead a small team
- Provide training and assistance to new employees
- Responsible for conducting performance evaluation of front-line staff
- Monitor front-line sales performance, regularly review the bonus system and make suggestions for improvement
- Analyze business and store performance to develop actionable plan to address risk and opportunities in regular manner
- Focus on people development & talent incubation
- Coordinate internal resources to reduce internal costs and improve operational and production efficiency
Assist in formulating and measuring KPIs, and set KPI evaluation standards to achieve sustainable development of the enterprise Assist with other special matters - Maintain effective communication both internal and external parties
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma in related disciplines
- At least 5 year of experience in beauty center management
- Strategic, good business acumen and communication skills
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua
- Energetic/ Presentable/Good Marketing Sense
- 5 Day Work, no need shift duty
