Responsibilities:

- Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
- Provide training and guidance on digital advertising trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in online advertising, digital marketing, or a related industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers.
