Responsilbilities

• Product Development and Commercialization: Oversee the transition from product creation to manufacturing, ensuring timely and complete delivery

• Collaboration: Work with Product Creation Development, Design, and Supply Chain departments to achieve product design intent

• Vendor Communication: Coordinate with global vendors and Arc'teryx's factory to communicate specifications and standards

• Manufacturing Input: Provide input to improve scalability, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing

• Bill of Materials (BOM) Management: Transform tech pack information into an accurate BOM database for efficient sourcing and production

• Process Improvement: Identify gaps and opportunities, driving process improvements in collaboration with various departments

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• 3 years or above experience in Product Development (developing product/ process), preferably with a focus on technical/ functional apparel or Woven/ Knit sportswear

• Experience in product costing and product lifecycle process

• Comprehensive knowledge of design intent, product aesthetics, construction, production and size fit

• Strong knowledge of raw materials, technical construction and sourcing

• Ability to travel offshore vendors accordingly to business needs

• Effective communication skills with both internal and external parties

• Pro-active problem solving, detail-oriented and organized person with strong interpersonal skills
