Responsibilities

• Be the bridge between our local Department Manager and Product Managers at our European Headquarters, ensuring smooth product development and timely launches

• Team up with creative Product Designers, both in-house and external, to bring innovative products to life

• Lead the charge on prototyping, cost estimation, development timelines, and maintaining top-notch product quality

• Collaborate closely with dynamic cross-functional teams including Design, Sales, Quality Control, and Shipping

• Stay in sync with suppliers to confirm and manage delivery schedules

• Craft mock-up samples to support exciting product planning and presentations

• Keep the showroom dazzling for assigned product categories, ensuring it’s always professional and up-to-date

• Explore and connect with current and potential suppliers across Asia for development and sourcing

• Attend trade fairs to stay ahead of industry trends and network with key players

• Jump in to support with ad-hoc tasks and departmental needs as they arise

Requirements

• DSE / Form 5 or above

• Minimum 3 years of Merchandising / Product Development experience,

• preferably in the Toy or FMCG industry

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin

• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Outgoing, commercially savvy, and proactive with a hands-on approach

• Responsible, detail-oriented, adaptable, and a strong team player

• Immediately available is highly preferred

• Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as Junior Merchandiser
