Providing professional concierge and property management services

Liaising with relevant parties and departments

Maintaining excellent rapport with residents

Handling residents' complaints and enquiries

Issuing maintenance reports, drafting notices and reply letters to residents as required

HKDSE/ HKALE or above
-
2 years’ customer service experience working in property industry, like commercial building, club house, residential building
-
Actively looking to attain the qualification, e.g. student member of HKIH. Applicants with relevant experience & knowledge of DMC with good attitude will be considered.

Excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure
-
Passionate, self-motivated, highly proactive, customer-orientated and cooperative
-
Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
-
Basic computer skills on MS Word and Excel
-
Willing to work on roster basis including overnight shift
-
Holder of valid QAS certificate and Security Personnel Permit (SPP)
