Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer servicing at our service hotline
- Handle incoming calls including appointment arrangement, resolving customer enquiries
and complaints as well as customer ordering - Professionally handle and follow up customer enquiries
- Maintain relationship with customers
Requirements
- F.5 or above
- Customer oriented, influencing charisma and presentable
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
- Basic knowledge in MS Excel and Word
