Our client is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:
Job Description:
Conduct training needs analysis to align with business development
Manage the end-to-end training delivery - from work with vendors, design, develop & deliver training programs
Evaluate the effectiveness of the training activities & the learning progress
Implement leadership development programs, fostering a culture of continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends to enhance leadership capabilities within the organization
Support line manager with identifying and nurturing potential successors for critical roles, conduct regular assessments of employee skills, competencies and potential to help guide career development
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development or related discipline
At least 7 years of experience in similar role
With regional experience is a bonus
Independent, well organized & with good interpersonal skills
Strong communication skill to work with stakeholders
Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin
