She is now inviting a high caliber to join their Technical Service team.

Work with the customer service representative to quickly and efficiently solve customers’ security system issues

Provide support and maintenance services such as routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, system upgrades/expansions/alterations, and systems training
-
Increase customer satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships with customers
-
Handle daily troubleshooting and follow up on all open technical issues until the problem is resolved
-
Take over all service issues from the project team after the external handover is complete
-
Certificate or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering or related discipline
-
Experience in the security industry with knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems
-
Basic IT knowledge in hardware, network and databases
-
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability
-
Strong self-learning ability and able to work independently
