Customer Service / Concierge Officer 24k *13+B (Welcome Hotel, Airline, Retail)

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients and manage check-in/out at a luxury showroom
  • Handle inbound calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Coordinate client appointments and follow-ups
  • Rotate across lobby and call center teams for all-rounded exposure
  • Deliver premium, personalized customer service at every touchpoint

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, airline preferred)
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; polished communication and presentation
  • Energetic, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment

Benefits

  • Working Hours: Mon–Fri, 9AM–6PM (Weekends Off)
