Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and manage check-in/out at a luxury showroom
- Handle inbound calls with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinate client appointments and follow-ups
- Rotate across lobby and call center teams for all-rounded exposure
- Deliver premium, personalized customer service at every touchpoint
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer service (retail, hospitality, airline preferred)
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; polished communication and presentation
- Energetic, customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
