Deliver premium services to tenants and visitors

Develop and maintain good relationship with tenants

Proactively approaching & greeting visitors to ensure prompt attention to different situations

Handle general enquiries and complaints of customers/ tenants

Liaise and coordinate with leasing for office viewing and assistance on handover of office premises

Conduct regular checking on office facilities including cleanliness of toilets and office premises to ensure quality service is delivered

Regular visit and communicate with the office tenants whenever required to understand their needs and continuous service improvement

Perform other duties assigned by supervisors

Tertiary education in Property / Hotel Management or related disciplines
-
2 years solid experiences in customer services and hospitality fields
-
Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions

Develops and delivers communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences

Strong problem solving skills
-
Proactive, cheerful and service-oriented
-
Basic computer skills on MS Word and Excel

Fluent in spoken English and Chinese
