Our client is now seeking for high caliber candidate to fill up the following position:

Job Description:

• Set appropriate and actionable business goals, strategies and plans in connection with the quality matter of the Group

• Formulate quality strategies and direction to ensure effective quality management systems that meet both company objectives and customer requirements.

• Drive new technologies, supplier development and continuous improvement to support the product quality and the region growth

• Develop and lead the QA team of Head office, China and offshore factories to achieve the business goals on quality performance

• Work closely with customers and internal Merchandising teams to proactively implement timely corrective actions that eliminate quality risks and production bottlenecks.

• Establish quality standard and guidelines, monitor quality performance targets, manage factory evaluation and compliance program to ensure conformity with legal and corporate specifications and standards

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Textiles & Clothing / Production/ Manufacturing Management

• Min. 8 years management experience

• Experience in sizable garment manufacturing industry

• Experience in Apparel (mainly focus on Ladies wear - Woven)

• Experience in Japan market is a MUST (Uniqlo / Muji is a BONUS)

• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
