Schedule meetings, prepare documents, and maintain records and documentation related to AI governance.
Assist in the development and maintenance of AI governance policies, procedures, and standards.
Monitor adherence to AI governance policies and report discrepancies or issues.
Conduct risk assessments to identify potential ethical, legal, and reputational risks associated with AI use.
Organize cross-functional team meetings and facilitate discussions on AI governance issues.
Help train staff on AI governance policies and procedures.
Prepare regular reports on AI governance activities and compliance status.
Ensure effective communication between team members and other departments.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Statistic, or related field.
At least 2 years in administrative roles, preferably in AI governance or data governance.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Experience with AI model risk assessment is preferred
