• Set up and configure virtual machines, storage, and networking resources required to support cloud-based applications. Monitor performance to ensure maximum uptime and minimal downtime

• Configure virtual networks, storage accounts, and other components

• Implement preventive security measures to protect cloud resources. Ensure compliance with organizational security policies

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operation teams, developers, security experts, and DevOps engineers/vendors

• Continuously optimize the cloud environment for efficiency and cost-effectiveness

• Resolve cloud services-related issues promptly

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in new tools and technologies

• Higher Diploma or above in Information Technology or related subjects

• At least 4 years experience in cloud infrastructure services

• Experience and knowledge in one of the followings:

• Cloud technologies (OpenShift)

• Cloud administration and support

• Application development on Cloud platform

• CI/CD (e.g. Github)

• Development on .net framework

• Windows server administration and support

• Database (e.g. MongoDB, mysql)

• API development (e.g. RESTful)

• System support and enhancement
