Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger records, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
Manage monthly reconciliations and contribute to timely financial reporting.
Undertake company secretarial tasks, including:
Maintaining statutory records and registers.
Filing annual returns and other statutory documents with regulatory authorities.
Preparing board meeting minutes and ensuring compliance with governance obligations.
Assist with regulatory audits and provide necessary documentation and information.
Stay updated on financial and corporate governance regulations to ensure full compliance.
Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
At least 3 -5 years of experience in general ledger accounting and company secretarial work (Less experience will be considered as Accounting Assistant)
Strong understanding of financial regulations and corporate governance requirements.
Experience in finance industry is an advantage
