• Provide 1st level support working directly with IT groups and/or users

• Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations, peripheral equipment and Windows desktop software

• Participate in IT Projects and implementation work

• Hardware and software inventory/license control and relevant documentation control

• Required to work in both Office environment and Warehouse workplace

• Interface with vendors, as required, to provide hardware or software repairs

• F.5 or above

• At least 2-3 years' experience in IT industry

• Hands-on experience in 1st level support working directly with IT groups and/or users

• Hands-on experience in installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations, peripheral equipment and Windows desktop software
