To supervise or work with Contractors for the internal system support and maintenance of hardware and software equipment
To create SQL query to fetch data from system database and generate reports to support the reporting and operational needs of the user
To maintain the internal virtual server farms which are being hosted on VMware ESXI server
To support on administration of Crystal Report Server
To assist in acquisition of computer facilities and IT service
To provide general IT support to internal user
To undertake any other duties assigned by supervisors
Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related subjects
At least 3 years' experience in IT industry
Solid experience in system maintenance and support
Solid experience in vendor management
Solid experience in MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle Application Server Admin. and Tuning and Server Virtualization Technology
Solid experience in Storage Area Network and Windows NT Server Administration & Network Support
