- Drive annual revenue growth from existing and new accounts while maintaining margins
- Recruit and rebuild the team with suitable candidates
- Collaborate with account teams to enhance relationships and pursue opportunities
- Work with internal and external teams to deliver innovative solutions
- Promote the brand through market development events
- Ensure high client satisfaction through strategic engagement
- Produce annual thought leadership content to boost brand positioning
- Oversee project delivery to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- 18-20+ years in IT or ICT consulting, with 8+ years in the enterprise sector
- Familiarity with digital transformation, cloud, data, and AI preferred
- In-depth knowledge of key industries and consulting experience with strong sales acumen
- Proven experience managing large-scale accounts and successful project delivery
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese
