Responsibilities:

Maintain and support IT technical aspects at site offices.

Manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and configurations.

Provide daily support for Windows PC/Mac, MS Office 365, and peripherals.

Monitor and optimize end-user computing performance.

Control IT inventory, maintain records, and documentation.
-
Manage Active Directory, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, and Azure Active Directory.

Support Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint, Teams, and Teams Phone.

Qualifications:

Diploma or above in Computer Science/IT or related field.

Minimum 1 years of IT support experience. Fresh graduates will also be considered.

Proficient in PowerShell/command-line for scripting/automation.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
-
Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Microsoft 365.
-
Certifications like MCSA, MCSE, or Microsoft 365 Certified a plus.
