Project Coordinator :

• Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.

• Provide guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and organizational design.

• Foster a culture of high performance, engagement, and continuous improvement.

• Lead initiatives in employee relations, performance management, and employee development.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations relevant to the crypto industry.

• Analyze HR metrics to drive decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

• Partner with recruitment teams to attract and retain top talent in a competitive market.

Requirements : 

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.

• 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a tech or financial services environment.

• Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency and blockchain landscape.

• Proven experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
