Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead big data initiatives and manage data platform development and optimization
• Oversee ERP system selection, implementation, and integration
• Manage IT infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud services) and ensure system security, performance, and uptime
• Lead, mentor, and manage an internal IT team; coordinate with vendors and external partners
• Drive information security policies and compliance with industry standards
• Prepare and manage annual IT budgets and cost control
• Work closely with other departments to support digital transformation and process improvement
• Manage multiple IT projects from planning to delivery

Requirements:

• • Degree or higher in Software Engineering or related field
  • At least 20 years of IT experience, with 10+ years in leadership roles
  • Experience in smart city, intelligent transport systems, and ERP implementation
  • Strong background in product development and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand user needs and deliver effective IT solutions
