Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist members and guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Respond to inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Take food and beverage orders, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Serve food and drinks in accordance with service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen and management staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down events and functions as needed.
- Provide feedback to management regarding member preferences and service improvements.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
